About Me:

Hi I'm Chevron! I've been at WAG for a couple of weeks now along side my babies who are in the process of weaning and are looking for their own forever homes too. Not much is known about my past, but the staff and volunteers have loved getting to know me and watching me raise my litter. The humans who visit give me lots of pets and play with me but I am always keeping an eye on my little ones and can try door dart when my friends leave, I'd love to explore the shelter more!

I am a great young momma but we were uncomfortable upon arrival with a lot of fleas and struggled with our skin. We went to the Vet and are feeling much better now after daily flea combing and treatment. We are in isolation at the shelter but I have had my first vet checkup and started my first found of core vaccines, not forgetting that I also have my spay coming up to make sure I have no more litters in my future....once I'm ready of course.

Whilst WAG is alright, I am SO excited that it is my turn to find my own family, to love me and keep me safe forever and ever soon. If you feel like you might be the one, scroll down and fill out an application form today! WAG will be in contact with successful applicants and will arrange meet and greets -  available for adoption now.

My Purrrfect Match:

- will be ready for a 15+ year commitment!

- have lots of patience while I transition into my new home with my new family

- will provide lots of enrichment, scratching towers, toys, catio etc.

- will keep my health in mind and take me into the vet for yearly checkups

- will understand that I am still developing and my personality may change over time! Pregnancy and growing kittens comes with a lot of hormones and then I will undergo my spay soon too so I may have a lot going on!

- will keep me safe and happy, forever

My Story:

I was brought to WAG with my young kittens and we were all in rough shape. Me, Petro and Husky are all doing well now and I will soon be spayed to ensure that this is my last ever litter and can all focus on myself!

WAG can often have moms and their litters in our care, although adorable they do take a lot of time and resources so if you can, please consider donating to WAG's Critical Care Program, or Spay and Neuter Program, both of which help unwanted litters in the Sea to Sky corridor.
