A Shelter Full of Hope and Promise

WAG’s Latest Critical Care Case; Gus!

Meet Gus..He is only a year old and still a big puppy! This handsome man was hit by a car and was left without veterinary care for over a month. When he was surrendered to WAG, he was seen by the Pemberton Veterinary Hospital, where it was found he had no broken bones (thankfully) but may have a bit of permanent ligament damage due to the lack of proper vet care. WAG staff are now treating his open wound in the hopes that it will heal over, and he will make an almost complete recovery.
Gus is very sweet but also strong! He is learning how to walk on a leash and harness and is making lots of new friends at WAG. He is looking for an active family that will keep him stimulated and continue his training.
Please DONATE to our Critical Care Fund, so WAG can help Gus and many more like him…
