MEET HENRY – OUR GUEST OF HONOR!

Henry was found in terrible condition. He had been mauled by other dogs which left multiple puncture wounds all over his body, including his chest, groin, and neck. He had two feet of small intestine exposed and contaminated with gravel and debris.

Henry needed extensive emergency surgery, and his survival was doubtful.

To everyone’s’ delight, Henry not only survived the surgery but also made a complete recovery! He has now been adopted into a very loving Forever Home in the Lower Mainland.

Henry has been chosen as our Guest of Honor as he embodies all that WAG is. So many amazing humans took a chance on this little guy, and through the efforts of the Tribal Police, the Pemberton Veterinary Hospital, WAG staff and volunteers, his loving foster homes, and finally, his Forever Family, Henry’s life was saved. With no one to look out for animals like Henry, WAG truly is a haven for these lost and abandoned souls.

Your support and donations directly contribute to the care and rehabilitaion of many dogs and cats every year. Without the generosity of this community and beyond, WAG would not be there to save these lives.

Your support and donations are integral to our existence. With no one else to help these animals, will you be their savior?
