PAWS: Pemberton Animal Well being Society
Pemberton, BC's own animal rescue shelter, PAWS is an organization developed to provide support and relief to local animals in need.
The shelter runs solely on donations provided by the community and receives NO municipal funding. It is also 100% volunteer run!
Almost every week another stray puppy or abandoned cat is brought to PAWS in dire need of support. With your help whether it be through volunteering, fostering or through donations, PAWS can continue to give these animals the help they need in order to start on their new journey.

PAWS and WAG work hand in hand to support the communities of Pemberton and beyond! Through cross-promotion of animals needing homes, sharing our facilities, taking the extra animals, and more, PAWS and WAG maintain a mutually beneficial partnership for all the animals and communities in the area!
